Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing or using yo5's website or any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh who wish to use the yo5 platform. Use by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

  • Withdrawal access will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

  • Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
  • Report any suspicious activity to support immediately.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the yo5 platform:

  • Operating an account through fraudulent or deceptive means.
  • Using bots, automated software, or any hacking methods.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
  • Threatening or harassing other users.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Rules

All transactions on yo5 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

  • Minimum deposit is ৳200 (mobile banking). Minimum ৳500 for bank transfers.
  • KYC verification is required for all withdrawals.
  • Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same mobile number or bank account.
  • Yo5 may temporarily place a hold on any suspicious transaction pending investigation.
  • Any funds credited in error due to a technical fault will be reversed.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The yo5 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. yo5 accepts no liability in the following cases:

  • When a transaction fails due to an internet connection issue.
  • Delays caused by third-party service failures (mobile banking servers).
  • Account credentials leaked due to the user's own negligence.
  • Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content, logos, designs, software, and information on the yo5 platform are the exclusive property of yo5. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes.

Yo5 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party links on the website. Visiting external sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms

Yo5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation or fraudulent activity is found.
  • Running multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
  • When required by legal authorities or for investigative purposes.
  • Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) will be considered dormant.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided.

Changes to Terms: yo5 may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
